Wave is the new Multi Message Platform from Google. Google’s already allowing users to get in line for their invite to the limited preview. Go to the Google Wave’s sign up page https://services.google.com/fb/forms/wavesignup/, enter in your email address, and select the Enlist me! option (you should be willing to actually report bugs and give feedback if you select this option) and sign up. Google now officially stated that invites would be sent to first 100,000 users. Some features of Google Wave
- A wave is equal parts conversation and document. People can communicate and work together with richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more.
- A wave is shared. Any participant can reply anywhere in the message, edit the content and add participants at any point in the process. Then playback lets anyone rewind the wave to see who said what and when.
- A wave is live. With live transmission as you type, participants on a wave can have faster conversations, see edits and interact with extensions in real-time.
