Windows 7 Beta users must upgrade to Windows 7 RC as after July 01, 2009 Windows 7 Beta has started Bi hourly shutdown and will expiry on August 1, 2009 whereas Windows 7 RC will expire on June 2010.
Windows 7 RTM build 7600.16385 is already singed off and handed to OEM partners as well as it has been leaked on popular torrent websites. If you are attempting to upgrade Windows 7 RC/Beta to Windows 7 RTM setup will give you an error message saying: You cannot upgrade this pre-release version of Windows 7. Go online to see how to install Windows 7 and keep your files and settings.
That’s because Windows 7 RTM was build to block all versions prior to 7233. Like we had published guide on how to upgrade windows 7 Beta to Windows 7 RC same guide is still applicable here,
